Nancy is an experienced teaching artist and earned her
Bachelor of Fine Arts back in the 70’s at Otis Art Institute in Los
Angeles. She was inspired in her clay experiences through the instruction
of Tom Coleman at the Museum Art School in Portland prior to moving to Otis
Art Institute. She also studied under Joseph Mugnanni while at Otis and
found that she not only loved working in clay but was also drawn to
Illustration and drawing. She has been teaching Art for over 20 years and
is now settling into creating more and less teaching. An exciting time in
many a teaching artists life. |
